The Law Office of Simon Goldenberg PLLC was retained to assist a client with a judgment entered by Chase Manhattan Bank USA. Maidenbaum and Associates PLLC represented Chase Bank in bringing the lawsuit. The client was unaware of the lawsuit until he received notice of a bank restraint, upon which he promptly hired our lawyers. At the time our firm was retained, the judgment balance was about $5000.

We filed an order to show cause to vacate the judgment with the court, due to insufficiency of service of the lawsuit documents.
